Updates.

For this music video not quite everything went to plan, there is a few things we had to change during the course of filming;


Changes to Actors;

Chelsey Willis was replaced by Nicole Denman.
Ryan Hayden was replaced by Leon Asgari.
Joe Clark was replaced by Josh Hobson.
Daniel Howley was replaced by Connor Falkner.
Jake Jones was replaced by Ryan Brown.

The new actors do still need to fill in there model consent form and have their photograph taken.

Changes to Locations;

Medical room was changed to a consultation room, the reason this was done was because we needed the light to be off and the medical room light was on a sensor so it coulnt be switced on and off maually.

For the new locations pictures do need to be taken and uploaded to blog.

Changes to Scheduele List;

Alterations was made to the scheduele list because extra days was put in for filming.

Changes to Equipent booking form;

Changes was made to the equipment booking form because we needed additonal days for filming so had to add several more lots for the equipment we needed.

Changes to Props;

For the Hospital gown at the time of filming we couldnt actually get hold of one so we had to substitute it with a white science lab coat. If we are able to reshoot we will use the hospital gown we later recieved to do the shots again.

Changes to the storyboard;

In the storyboard it states that the male actor.. Leon, was t walking down the hospital corridor and see the sign which states devotion and sadness etc, well this was missed from shooting so if we get time to reshoot this scence will also be shooted.

Forms.

I had the role to fill in the shooting scheduele, the production scheduele, and also the equipment booking form and post production forms.


For the shooting scheduele you had to include all the locations of the film, shot numbers of which all the locations will be, the real life locations were they will take actualy take place, the length of time youll need to film and also the time of day, and props needed to successfully complete the filming.



For the production scheduele i had to includethe activity we would be doing so were we would be filming  or what we was doing to contribute to the music video, the date of which we are going to do it, who will be taking part so all the students and actors, and the equipment we need.


For the equipment booking form your was required to fill in the relevant areas, so the equipment type, the equipment number which some pieces of equipment have security numbers on them, whos responsibilty it is to look after the equipment which is been released, length of the loan, who it was signed in and out by plus the date as well.


For the post production so far i including which shots we had done, when we had done them, the shooting code, imported, and re-shoot, i included the ones which we had done so far.

Action Plan.

The list of objectives that needed to be obtained was done by 'Connor F' and he placed the names of the individuals in the group who was to complete them..

In preparation for our music video, we as a group have decided what, who and where in terms of shooting the music video for 'Human' by The Killers.

Kayleigh: Costumes, props, locations and photos of the chosen actors.

Jack: In charge of Health & Safety for the shooting of the video.

Jake: Main storyboard drawing with partial help from the other group members.
Connor (Me):  Treatment of the music video, partial storyboard drawing and taking care of the schedule list to know when we are able to shoot.
